What Happens Here
Löyly is a shared ritual space rooted in ancient contrast practices and lived experience.
Through intentional cycles of breath, cold, heat, and rest, the body is invited out of chronic stress and back into coherence. The nervous system settles. Awareness widens. Connection becomes possible again — with yourself and with others.
This is not a spa treatment or a workout.
It is a place to reset your internal rhythm and remember how regulation feels.

I visited Loyly last week with a group and we had such a good experience. Cindy and Jess put us at ease immediately and, since it was our first time doing a cold plunge, they were with us every step of the way. Not only was the whole appointment fun but after a cycle of 3 plunge/hot tub/sauna my body felt amazing! My skin even looked glowy! Thanks Loyly!

Loyly is amazing ! All of the staff are so welcoming and helpful and it’s such a vibe. World class plunge pool fits multiple people so you can chat with your friends. Saltwater hot tub & infrared saunas are top of the line. Definitely adding this to my routine, I felt amazing after the contrast therapy session. if you need a reason to go, there are SO MANY. Excellent for your body, mind and spirit. You will undoubtedly leave feeling incredible. Worth every penny. I recommend it to everyone
