The Sober Social Club is a space for anyone who is sober curious:
- considering letting go of alcohol consumption
- beginning an alcohol free journey
- taking a break from alcohol

Led by Inga, a yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and sound healer who has been alcohol free since 2019. She Is passionate about cultivating community for those who are consciously releasing alcohol consumption.

This weekly session will include:
- opening circle
- crystal healing Soundbath
- a sauna & cold plunge session
